These full length progressive spring packs are built by Deaver Spring MFG specifically for Carli Suspension. These springs were designed as a two stage spring pack, enabling the truck to still have an admirable weight capacity while offering smooth and comfortable street driving performance. Unlike other brands, these leaf packs INCLUDE U-bolts!

SPECIFICATIONS

-Run 37" Tires Without Rubbing
-Supports 15" of Travel
-Sold as a Pair (both rear leaf springs) and INCLUDES U-Bolts

FITMENT GUIDE

3" Full Progressive Rear Leaf Springs (designed to provide approximately 1" of rear lift, designed for 3" height trucks)

Please note that 2nd gens with these rear leaf springs will also need rear Timbren bump stops, as these leaf packs remove the factory block, which is what the factory bump stop contacts at full compression. The addition of that Timbren part number will allow for proper suspension cycling after block removal.

Installation Instructions

*The 6" and heavy duty options are not available for 1994-2002 trucks.
*NOTE: the 1994-02 Ram 2500/3500 trucks are notorious for a driver’s side lean up to 1.5″ (lower on the driver’s side than the passenger’s side). Carli Coil Springs and Leaf Springs for the 1994-02 are designed side-specific to lift the Driver’s side more than the Passenger’s side to lessen/eliminate this common lean. However, we’ve had trucks require the taller spring be installed on the passenger’s side to achieve a level stance and trucks that require the same heigh springs be installed on both sides to achieve a leveled stance. These trucks are not an exact science and were designed long before CAD programs and design standardization. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the truck will sit level side to side nor is the corrective action a “warranty”. Our choice was either discontinue the product line OR present the customer with the design oddities so they know what they’re getting into. As there are not many performance options for the 2nd gen trucks, we elected to keep the product line as the side to side correction can be alleviated with the use of small spring spacers with NO performance degradation.

Money well spent

These leaf springs are absolutely life changing, turned my 3/4 ton into a Cadillac. No more bracing for impact on big dips or potholes, truck floats like its on air. If your on the fence whether these things are worth the money or not just buy them, you will not be disappointed.

My truck: ‘05 Ram CCSB with the 3” Backcountry front suspension (without the control arms) already installed and 33” tires. I installed these springs myself in my driveway in half a day with some Motrin to ease the pain. I would recommend you have an extra pair of hands to help you if you install them yourself because rear springs are heavy and awkward. The full progressive leaf spring pack “makes” or “completes” the system. If you have the Backcountry system on your truck but you’ve been holding out on doing the rear springs, don’t hold out any longer. In my experience (yours may vary), the rear full-progressive springs made the biggest difference. On-road they soak up a lot of the imperfections in the road that previously you would have to “prepare” for. And off-road, they allow you to go down washboard road “at speed” without “dancing” all over it, while flexing enough to go over obstacles that previously would have flexed your frame instead of your suspension. While I haven’t towed anything or hauled anything heavy yet to see how the suspension reacts to those circumstances, I would not be willing to go back to stock springs no matter what. I would just add airbags if needed. And of course great customer service from the guys at CJC.
