Carli Suspension 2014 Commuter/Pintop Systems

With the Carli 2014+ kits hitting, the last few weeks have been a whirlwind of Carli installs. Here are our first impressions.

First - How NOT to level the front of these trucks. Due to how the coil springs seat on the front of the new radius arm equipped Dodges, any sort of lift without dropping the radius arms can rest in a variety of negative effects. Here is the front of a 2015 we saw this week:

Not only do these coil spacers ride poorly, look at the coil bow in the picture above. This is not how we recommending leveling the front of your truck!

On the opposite end go the spectrum, here is the right way to level these trucks. Check out this Commuter 2.0 equipped 2015 Mega Cab:

This truck is riding on factory 20" wheels and 35x12.5x20 Nitto Trail Grappler MT tires. This truck rode amazing and, just as importantly, all suspension geometry is now correct.

Another customer wanted to build a comfortable, reliable overlanding rig and started with a 2015 Ram Mega Cab as well. Here are pictures of this Carli Pintop 2.5 equipped rig:

This rig featured 18" Method NV wheels with 5.71" backspacing and Nitto Terra Grappler G2 35" tires. The truck soaked up imperfections on the highway while retaining great in cab comfort. We couldn't be more pleased with how this rig turned out!

Here is another customer's 2014 Mega Cab featuring a Carli Pintop 2.5 setup, Method NV wheels, and 37" General Grabbers:

We will be posting many more 2014+ Ram 2500 trucks with Carli Suspension systems in the coming weeks! For more information on these systems, click here!
