Keeping the factory geometry in check is a host of upgraded components that have been scrutinized for strength, function, and longevity. No other system on the market is this comprehensive and addresses all the suspension vitals. There's also no other system on the market that offers a 2.0 reservoir shock front and rear for these trucks.
The Details: Your truck will sit 2” higher in the front (cab configuration dependent) with a touch more suspension travel than the factory platform thanks to the taller, lighter rate coil springs. The rear Carli Coil Springs will lift 1” to level the truck while upping the rear suspension capacity to a respectable 2,000lbs.
The additional front lift and off-road oriented application call for a better track bar to handle the new-found increased off-road abilities. This system includes an Adjustable Track Bar to recenter the axle and provide a stronger link with less deflection for the lifted application. Also included are Carli’s Radius Arm Drop Brackets to drop the pivot point of the dual pivot Power Wagon arms, alleviate diagonal spring pressures (ensure no bow in the coil springs) and allow full adjustment of the factory caster bolt.
Everything is included to support flawless operation of all components. Extended rear Sway Bar End Links, Front and Rear Bump stop drops to ensure the shocks are cycling in their designed travel range.
We offer two mandatory option selections for the rear of the truck. The first is coils. Select the R2 high capacity coils if you have 500-800 pounds of constant payload, and the R1 coils if you have an empty truck with variable load like towing. If you want to maintain capacity, just all the Full Travel Airbag kit.
We also offer two rear track bar options. Select the track bar drop to net a lower total cost, or the Carli full replacement rear track bar system upgrade to have the best handling and eliminate the rear "wag" these trucks can exhibit. We highly recommend the full rear track bar if you need R2 high capacity coils or tow regularly.
The Factory Power Wagon Sway Bar Disconnect and sway bar are retained with this system and functions just like factory!

Wheel and Tire: This system will fit up to a 37” tire when utilizing wheels that are no more than 9” wide with 5.75-6” of backspacing. A 12.5” wide should fit with no rubbing on the factory radius arm and only minor trimming required, while a 13.5” will require more trimming and slightly more offset to fit properly. 35” tires will fit with VERY minimal, if any trimming. We Recommend running a 17”/18” diameter wheel for optimal ride quality (more rubber = better small bump compliance) on a 35”-37” E-rated tire.

This kit may stretch a few budgets, but I have to say is worth every cent! This has turned my 24 Power Wagon into a WAR MACHINE! Looks incredible and noticeable ride improvement over stock. Added some Toyo RT trail 37s with the CJC exclusive Raceline Wheels. Opted to add in the lower mount steering stabilizer to handle the bigger tires. No rubbing, and now the tires fill up wheel wells for a much better look. CJC answered all my questions and shipping was prompt. Appreciated the military discount as well! Overall extremely happy with my purchase!
Spent a good amount of time on the phone with CJC making sure I was getting everything I wanted while not spending unnecessarily. Customer service was top-notch and the parts and final products have been just as good. Came from AZ to have CJC install the Back Country System on my '22 Power Wagon for regular hard use in a variety of on and off road settings. Also included a handful of upgrades like high and low mount steering stabilizers, rear shock guards, a Carli front diff guard, welded my front lower shock mounts, and some new wheels and 37" tires that didn't need any trimming with the new set-up. Already driven the truck hard and am very pleased, on and off road.
Also added the CJC Skid Plate, an AEV ProCal Snap, and some Baja Designs Squadron Sport Fog Lights all from CJC and love everything. CJC will be my go-to resource for my truck every time for their superior products and customer service.
The Backcountry suspension kit significantly improved the ride quality on my PW and I was able to fit 37"Tires with no trimming required. I installed the kit myself in the garage, instructions were a little hard to follow at times but CJC Offroad has plenty of youtube videos to reference and offered excellent technical support!
