The Carli SPEC Leveling Backcountry shock package is designed for people seeking the best ride on and off-road quality on a budget; basically, the Leveling Kit for those that want to have a little dirt-road fun in their 8,500lb truck without losing the on-road ride quality or usability for which the truck was designed. You’re no longer limited to the highway while gravel roads become uninteresting as you can drive them at speed with one hand on the wheel.
These shocks will be a touch softer on-road than a Pintop with an impressive off-road capability for a 2.0″ shock. The Shock tune in these pairs to the Carli 2.5″ Front Springs and Factory Rear Coil Springs.

A buddy of mine tuned me in to CJC off-road since I was looking to upgrade the suspension on my 2015 Ram Mega Cab Laramie 6.7 Cummins. After looking at the different packages they had to offer I decided to go with the Carli Back Country leveling kit with the 2.0 reservoir shocks, the Carli 2.5” soft ride leveling coils, Carli track bar, and the Carli low mount steering stabilizer. Upon getting ready to do this install myself, I found that the reservoir brackets and brake line relocation brackets were not sent. In a panic I called CJC customer support since my install was supposed to happen the next day. Not to worry!!! They had the parts I needed overnighted and I had them that very next day! They even went as far to throw in some awesome swag in on top of that. What an awesome company and amazing customer support. Now that the suspension is done, I could not be more pleased with how the truck looks and more importantly, how it feels on the road. I live down a 2 mile stretch of dirt road so having this is like a dream now. Thanks again CJC and will definitely be doing more business with you👍

These shocks are much better ride quality that OEM. I run the truck up a dry creek bed to get to the cabin and these change the ride quality immensely!
Conpared to the originals Bilstein 4600 on my Ram 2500, these shocks help with control and way less spring effect. Good product.
I placed the order and later realized I ordered the wrong shocks and I purchased these without prior permission from the wife. So I was already in trouble but their customer service team is amazing they got it switch to the correct shocks and even gave me advice on justifying the overall safety these shocks provide lol they are amazing company.
Now to the shocks… the shipping was super fast 24 hours they were shipped and at door in 48 hours. They were packed very well and all the reservoirs had protectors over them. The instructions were clear and had photos, I didn’t use them but they were very good. The brake line relocation brackets went on fine and those instructions were very helpful. The shocks fit perfectly and just a few days and I can already feel the shocks doing their job. I’ll only be buying products from CJC here on out.
