The Pintop 2.5 kit boasts 2.5″ Remote Reservoir King Shocks designed and tuned by Carli Suspension. This kit offers substantial on-road and off-road performance improvement. Customers can expect more control and bottom-out resistance than the Backcountry, but still have excellent on road ride. A “Base Kit” must be accompanied by a Sway Bar option to form a complete system, but everything else is an optional add on to improve ride and handling.
For the best ride, we recommend adding the Carli torsion sway bar and full replacement rear leaf packs. Both are a massive upgrade on and of road, and address key weak points of the factory parts.
If you have an in bed camper, heavy storage system with tools, a service body, or a welding bed, this is the system for you. We offer this system with specific rear leaf AND shock valving options for the added weight, which is not something most suspension brands offer much less stock. If you have one of these setups and have further questions for us, please don't hesitate to email.
If you don't add a rear Carli leaf spring option, certain 2023+ F-250s may need a taller rear block to sit level depending on the trim package. If you find your truck is rear low, we recommend this block kit.
This system fits Ford F-250 and Ford F-350 4x4 trucks from 2023 to Current
Please note if your truck is a 2023+ Platinum/Limited trim equipped with factory headlight angle / load scale sensors you will need these brackets to fix the sensors in place and remove the sensor linkage.

I had CJC install the Carli 2.5 pintop suspension to my new F250 that I use solely for camper duty. The difference is night and day. Stock the truck was wandering the road with the 2500 lbs in the bed. Deaver installed spring packs and that solved the payload but the truck still had trouble staying in its lane. After the Pintop install the truck handles great. Drove it one handed and relaxed out to Death Valley with camper and moto trailer…So much more relaxing and safer to drive….BTW the ride is soo much nicer on the rough stuff. The front doesn’t transmit every bump through the steering wheel or try to turn the front wheels. I would recommend this upgrade if your finding you super duty’s handling sucks.
Had the full travel airbags installed after getting a capri camper about 1600 pounds with out the Jack's, on a f250. The truck rode better level but turning into home depot parking lot it would rock back fourth until I would all most stop. Put the dual steering stabilizer's on and the pintop system on valved for 2000lbs. Camper loaded water gear driver about 2200lbs. Took the camper off for the install. Picked it up first thing i noticed the steering was 10 times easier to drive no play. The front rode really well the rear a little bounce. Put the camper on aired the bags up. The camper rocks back and forth one time now . The truck isn't getting blown around when it's super windy. Rides really good around town. Driving twice as fast out in the dirt roads. Truck feels planted. Really fun driving out in the hills with one hand on the wheel with 2000lbs in the truck not slowing down for everything. The guys at cjc where all really cool about answering my questions even drop shipped a light bracket to my house that they didn't carry. Helped me pick out the right lights for my rig.

Customer service > Product, and that's saying a lot. I ordered all items without consulting with any shops and wanted to install the lift myself. 99% of the information I needed was or could be found on the CJC website. I ran into a couple small issues and CJC was quick to respond with whatever assistance they could provide. They went above and beyond, even sending a couple extra center pin bolts for the leaf springs I overloaded with tension and cross threaded. So far, the ride seems to be more compliant, although there is a less noticeable difference in general on-road feel. That is until you hit a big dip in the road that sends most vehicles lurching into the air. This F350 stayed planted and the typical jarring of the factory suspension was nowhere to be found. Can't wait to get this on some trails to fall in love even more.
