Pretty excited to get the power boards on, did the project at home. Manual says 3-5 hours but turned into a day project. Packages were short on posi-tap connectors to wire into the wiring harness. The wiring harness itself was a few inches short on the drivers side connection despite following all the directions on the manual so it took some extra head scratching. The LED install was short on the quality I was expecting with the price of the kit, so I added some extra glue on the lights after a couple of the LED’s came off a few hours after the install. Despite running into a couple of issues that got sorted out it’s been a few days and everything is working as expected. Make sure to get a full inventory of the parts in the kit when you open up the package. I replaced the power boards with tremor running boards that came stock on my 23’ F250 and give the truck a better look. Slightly bummed but excited for the upgrade.
Love the fit and finish of these steps. Highly recommend. Cons- day after install in the right light noticed a few small dents along edge. Motors could be quieter if I were to critique.
