Upgrade your 2011-2019 Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500HD truck with BDS's 3-inch suspension lift kit and FOX 2.5 Coil-Over conversion. The factory torsion bars are replaced and the upper and lower control arms are upgraded for improved strength, travel, and compatibility with the new coilovers. The newly designed upper control arms feature large 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubing and are fully TIG welded for superior quality, strength, and durability. The accompanying lower control arms are constructed from high strength steel, fully boxed and internally gusseted for added stability.
This lift kit incorporates BDS's renowned engineering standards, delivering improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection, while also correcting suspension and steering geometry for optimal on-road handling. It features FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks, heavy duty tubular upper control arms, fully boxed and gusseted lower control arms, and multipiece differential relocation brackets to maintain proper CV angles. Additionally, included are sway bar links, necessary hardware, and more, providing a comprehensive front suspension lift designed to withstand any adventure.
In the rear, BDS offers lift blocks for a level stance, which seamlessly replace the stock blocks without sacrificing ride quality or load capacity. To further enhance clearance and performance, a u-bolt flip kit and tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks are included.

Built for strength, performance, and increased travel, these control arms are ready to bolt in. The upper arms use 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct the ball joint positioning, allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. The new lower control arms are built from high-strength steel, fully boxed with internally gusseted. At the frame mounting ends, durometer-specific rubber bushings provide maintenance-free operation, while at the other end, quality greaseable ball joints offer smooth, quiet operation and superior durability. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap ready for installation right out of the box.
