The Full Travel Airbag kit for 2013 and newer Ram 3500 trucks uses an ingenous design that perfectly balances ride comfort, suspension articulation, and smooth airbag activation. Specifically made for leaf-sprung Ram 3500 models, this kit features a removable spacer allowing you to enjoy immediate airbag support when necessary, while still providing unrestricted wheel movement when it's not needed. This ensures you get the best of both worlds without compromise.
This kit stands out from others by addressing common drawbacks. Traditional airbag kits connect the truck’s frame and axle directly, limiting suspension travel to the bag’s size and negatively impacting ride comfort. Our Firestone/cradle kit provides an affordable solution that preserves full droop travel, improves ride quality, and maximizes upward travel. However, there is a gap between the bag and cradle before engagement, resulting in about 1 to 2 inches of sag under load before the airbags activate, and a loss of upward travel from the bags and brackets.
This full travel kit utilizes the same principals as the Daystar kit, but expands on them with a machined and removable spacer. This spacer can be installed for instant bag engagement when loaded to prevent sag, and removed to allow for free travel, and complete upward and downward travel of the suspension even with Carli Leaf packs.
This is the ONLY level height airbag kit on the market that allows for full and complete up and down travel of the suspension with Carli leaf packs, while maintaining full towing capability.
Installation time is 2-3 hours depending upon shop/tool amenities and experience. Welding is not required but minimal drilling is. Please see the installation instruction link below for further operational information.
This kit is compatible with OEM and aftermarket leveling leaf spring packs. Lift blocks have no effect on the fit and function of the system.

Key Notes:
1) A minimum clearance of 6.75" is required from the tire to the main face of the chassis in order for the airbag to not rub on the tire.
2) Not compatible with B&W 5th Wheel Hitch Mounting Rail System #2605.
3) This kit will work on DRW trucks (duallys) but will require new u-bolts and leaf spring center pins. Please contact us to discuss your specific DRW build needs.
4) Not compatible with the RAM factory air assist.
