Carli's focus in building this control arm kit was to have the best product on the market. Carli's control arms are 1/2" longer than O.E.M for a 2.5"-3" lift and are built out of extremely stout box tubing. The box tubing's advantages over round tubing include a reduced control arm width while allowing the tube to be offset inboard for added tire clearance. Expertly welded to each square tube is a spherical joint that is fully serviceable and rebuildable. Having these spherical joints on each end eliminates the kinetic chatter caused by rubber bushing style set ups, in return creating a smoother ride. These control arms are finished off with a Satin Black powder coat to ensure long term protection from corrosion.
We offer the option to add hardware to these control arms. The two lower cam bolts are often frozen on the truck, meaning they have to be cut off to remove the arms. If you think yours are frozen, you’ll want to replace them. The upper bolt on the passenger side requires the removal of the exhaust down pipe, so we also highly recommend adding that bolt from the options as it makes the installation a whole lot faster if you can cut the stock bolt off and then insert the new one from the outside.

You wouldn't believe the difference that just the control arms make. I have an 08 megacab 3500 and already had the carli torsion sway bar, adjustable track bar, Custom tuned shocks all around, and rear traction bars from TSO. These control arms were really the cherry on top for my front end. Handles bumps so much more smoothly. It's not the last piece of the puzzle but it's definitely something you should install if you're doing any suspension work to your old dodge! And CJC is top notch at providing. Everything ships fast and is packaged WELL.
Quality is phenomenal. They are expensive but very worth the price. Easy to install, look great and improved ride quality and handling response notably.
