



The Full Travel Ford Super Duty Airbag Kit offers a fresh design that delivers an optimal blend of ride comfort, articulation, and smooth airbag activation for 2011-2016 Ford Super Duty trucks. Unlike other systems that force compromises, this kit features a removable billet spacer, allowing you to enjoy immediate bag engagement when loaded and unobstructed wheel travel when you aren't.
This kit separates itself from the competition in a few key ways. A normal airbag kit will marry the frame and axle of the truck, and only provide the size of the bag as up and down travel which dramatically hurts ride. The Firestone/cradle kit we introduced offers a cost effective way to maintain full droop travel, better ride quality and as much up travel as possible. That said, the gap between the bag and cradle before engagement translates to about 1" to 2" of sag when loaded before the bags engage.
This full travel kit builds on the principles of the Daystar design by adding a precision-machined, removable spacer. Installing the spacer provides immediate bag engagement to prevent sag when loaded, while removing it allows unrestricted suspension travel both up and down—even with Carli Leaf packs installed. It’s the only level-height airbag kit available that ensures complete suspension movement with Carli leaf packs while preserving full towing capacity.
Fitment Notes:
100% engineered and fabricated in the USA to be compatible with or without Ford's OEM 5th Wheel/Gooseneck prep, B&W's Gooseneck/Turnover Ball, and B&W's 5th Wheel Rail System. With the Spacer Pucks removed (set the airbags at zero psi) this kit will allow for full compression and droop travel of the leaf springs. When you are ready to use the airbags, simply install the Spacer Pucks and add air pressure as required. Tools are not required to install the Pucks due the spring loaded latch design. Whether on the road or off, this system is a performance, ride preserving must for your Superduty.
Key notes:
If you are employing Deaver (Carli) full progressive spring packs, u-bolts are not provided in the kit. You must use the semi-round u-bolts that are supplied with the leaf springs.
DRW (dually F350/F450) applications must have a minimum clearance of 8" from the inboard tire face to the inset chassis face to avoid tire rub.
