Carli's Ford Super Duty caster shims are one of the key ingredients toward the improved drivability that Carli's Ford Super Duty Suspension Systems offer. Caster is the rearward rock of the axle on your truck. Too little, and the front end wants to dart around like a shopping cart wheel or even death wobble. Too much and the steering feels heavy and only wants to go straight. Just right, and you have a perfect steering feel with predictable handling. 

Shims should be used as follows:

2 Degree: 2005-2023 Level Height

1 Degree: 2024+ Level Height / 2005-Current 4.5/5.5" lift with radius arm drops

Caster shims after leveling 2025 F250

Made a huge difference in ride quality and handling. Didn’t think much about it when installed readylift 2.5 system. Had problems with bump steer. Helped with that dramatically.

1 Degree Caster bushings

Bushings/shims fit perfectly, easy to install and clear instructions. 1 degree is all that can be added to a 2024 model so I took what I could get. This improved the steering return to center and minor wandering/corrections. I think I’ll be ok to put my 1.5” spacers back in after adding the caster shims. I recommend these caster bushings 100%

2012 F250 perfect

Fixed my issue of loose feeling steering after leveling kit. Good directions and installed easily. Quality product, quick shipping. 10/10 recommend.

Updated 5-27-26 shims were snapped, come to find out I got the 1 degree not the 2 degree. Will not purchase again. Very disappointed in this product.

Did exactly what they said and what our truck needed. Install was simple and straight forward. Would recommend these if you have stock cams on a 4.5" to 6" lift. Keeps my steering from shaking over bumps.
