If you have a Tradesman or Ram without fog lights, buy this kit. If you have a Big Horn with the large, rectangular halogen lights then you need this kit. If you have a Laramie or higher trim level truck with the slender LED fog lights, you need this kit. If you have questions, feel free to call or email us!
Available with White or Amber lenses, and either SAE (street legal) or Squadron Sport lights, this kit utilizes the factory fog opening to pack a Baja Designs Squadron light on each side. This kit can either be wired into the factory up-fitter switches, or wired to a separate switch in the cab that's completely independent of the truck's electronics. If your truck doesn't have factory up-fitters, you'll need to use the separate switch wiring method.
The SAE lights are a street legal light with a 2,480 lumen output per light. The Sport model ups output to 3,150 lumens per light, so it's better suited for use in situations without oncoming traffic. The pro model increases light output beyond what can be used with surrounding vehicles, so be aware that these are only suited for off highway use.

Straight forward install, wired to upfitter auxiliary switch with no issues.
I already had the bed liner done, and step rails on my new Ram 2500. It did not come with fog lights and It was an upgrade I really wanted to get done. Dealership wanted over $1500 to buy and install. After research I found CJC Offroad. Very glad I did. At first I was hesitant to do it myself but I reached out to CJC and asked a few questions, and they were more than happy to provide guidance and also a very detailed easy to use and read installation manual! Purchased complete Squadron kit for my 24 Ram 5500 cab/chassis. Wasn't specifically listed for any thing past a 3500 but worked perfectly. Only needed one connector to complete install to my aux switches.
I love the lights themselves, but where the problem is where the factory 20 Tradesman bezels and the baja squadron lights are sandwiched together. There is basically no way to adjust the beam pattern up or down. They are sittimg where the factory fog lights go following the instructions, but the lights are basically pointing down on the ground like only 2-3’ from the truck. The only option is, as I was told by a Baja representative I bought them through, to “remove a slight amount of material from the inside of the plastic bezels so the light doesn't hit, as that's a lot simpler and faster than changing the bumper alignment.” Needless to say IMHO Im disappointed that I have to jerry rig the new bezels and cut pieces off for these lights to work properly for the price I paid. Again just my opinion.
Great kit and great customer service with fast shipping... highly recommend.. we installed this kit and drove 2000 miles in the dark and rain.. never had to worry about seeing and being seen ..
