Was installed on a 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 with the 5.9 Cummins. Stock turbo placement. The kit had everything I needed, no reusing of old hardware except the intake sensor. Bolts up nice. I had an open intake with a single heat shield before; this boxed version performs much better. Turbo is much louder and gets better cold air. Box comes with a standard side opening that uses the OEM fender inlet but also has an optional bottom box opening. I opted to use both. The clear cover is rubber sealed, so pops right off if you need to get to the air filter. No complaints. Worth every penny.
