PSC 3rd Gen 2003-2008 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 Steering Box SG853 - XD

I recently installed the PSC power steering box on my high-mileage 2004 Ram 2500 (390K miles) after purchasing it from CJC Offroad, and the difference is nothing short of remarkable.

My original steering box was factory-installed and well past its prime, and I was having real difficulty with low-speed maneuvering and parking. The PSC box completely transformed the truck — steering effort is dramatically reduced, and parking is no longer a chore.

On the highway, the improvement is just as impressive. The steering now feels steady and confident, and it tracks straight at freeway speeds. It also returns to the center effortlessly, something the stock box had long given up on.

Bought that box because my steering was pretty sloppy and had a lot of play at pretty much any speed. After I installed it, the play was gone! The steering is quite a bit heavier now but I got used to it pretty fast. I could not be happier! It’s literally the best driving upgrade I’ve done to my truck and made me love it even more! I rent trucks for a living and that box made my 2006 truck feels just like the 2024 I work with which is quite impressive! Would definitely buy again!

Fits perfect and works great so far, the BD power steering support DOES fit. I would assume all fit so no worries there if you have another brand they don’t mention that fits
