Have a worn out factory 14mm frame side or axle side bracket or bolt for your third gen? This 16mm bolt allows you to drill out the factory bracket to upgrade the bolt diameter of your track bar. This is meant to be used in conjunction with Carli Suspension, Thuren Suspension or other aftermarket track bars that allow for a 16mm frame side joint.
This bolt WILL NOT work with a factory 03-07 14mm joint track bar. It must be used with a track bar designed for a 16mm bolt. This will not fit 2014+ trucks as they use an 18mm bolt.
You will need a 5/8" or 16.5mm drill to drill out your frame / axle axle bracket to fit this bolt. You will also need the 2008-2013 16mm joint for the axle side to complete the process if you have a Thuren or other brand track bar that does not include a sleeve. If you have a Carli track bar, the proper joint and 14mm sleeve is included with the track bar.
