Carli also uses a tuned linear rate front coil that dramatically improves ride, doubles front suspension travel, and levels the truck by increasing front height 2.5" over factory. The front axle will be slightly pulled to the driver’s side following installation of this level, which can be corrected with Carli's track bar. We recommend adding this from both a geometry correction and handling perspective.
If you run larger than stock tires, please note that you need to adjust tire pressure accordingly. This video covers that process in detail, and is key to achieving proper ride quality and tire wear. The addition of a Carli Low-Mount Steering Stabilizer is recommended for any tire over factory size.

Exactly what Carli and CJC say world of a difference from stock.
This is no fault to CJC just the Carli shocks. The CJC staff has been incredibly helpful just not so sure of the quality of the Carli components. My truck hasn’t hauled anything except groceries and hasn’t seen any duty use at all.
I’m waiting on the team at CJC for further instructions at this point since they’ve reached out to Carli on my behalf. I have to drive this vehicle as it is my sole means for transportation which means I had to purchased an intermediate shock to take the place of the completely blown Carli rear. This has made my truck sit about 1.750” inches lower on the rear driver corner but I have no other option at this point. I will update as things progress but this certainly isn’t as bomb proof as I expected.
Oh boy… Really let down by the quality of this kit. The front shocks do not come with a centering washer for the bushings and shock stem. So if you don’t center them perfectly you will have chatter, I’ve centered them twice and they have already walked so the chatter seems to be permanent unless I can source a Bilstein style bushing and thicker washer setup.
The rear shock lower mount eyelets sit on the lower shock mount bracket. So those chatter as well. I will need to remove them and then shave material off my shock brackets to get them to shut up. Not a huge deal but if they had mentioned that in the install instructions I wouldn’t have to do the job twice.
Maybe it’s the issues in fitment that have annoyed me, but I’m not impressed with the ride quality or fitment. With all the hype I really expected so much better.
