CUSTOM TUNED // Unlike your average lift, Carli Suspension uses only custom tuned shocks. Each shock package goes through months of testing, development, tuning, and valving. The Pintop 2.5 system offers phenomenal capability and ride no matter the situation thanks to the increased shock diameter and reservoirs for heat dissipation.
SWAY BAR UPGRADE // Eliminates the harshness caused by the stiff factory sway bar, letting your suspension do its job and move independently. This is one of the single biggest improvements you can make to your truck’s ride. To keep the factory ride, select the end link option.
LEAF PACK OPTIONS // Balancing ride and capability, the add a pack retains factory payload but improves small bump compliance by increasing the leaf count and reducing leaf thickness in half the pack. With the full leaf pack, a 15% payload reduction gets the best possible ride quality from the rear of the truck. Small chatter or large hit, this leaf pack will swallow it whole. The HD pack is ONLY for chase trucks or trucks with over 2,000lbs in bed at all times.
RADIUS ARMS // Hand fabricated and welded in California with the highest quality joints for improved flex, these arms are a high strength control arm replacement. These arms feature a fabricated notch making it possible to clear 37’s on a wider range of wheels.
Carli's 4.5" Super Duty suspension systems are the premier option for 2017-22 Ford Super Duty pickups. Carli has spent countless time tuning the shocks in this system, offering the best in both on road and off road ride quality and handling. This kit offers substantial on-road and off-road performance improvement. Customers can expect more control and bottom-out resistance than the Backcountry, but still have excellent on road ride. With the 4.5" system, there is also an increase in travel and ride quality over the 2.5" kits.
Carli designed a custom piston and custom tuned the King shocks to ride as smooth as possible on and off road. All of Carli's King shock shafts are machined and polished from a solid piece of 17-4 Stainless. The shocks are finished with King oil good to -55° F.
The truck will sit 4.5/5.5" higher in the front and have more wheel travel thanks to the taller, Progressive Rate Coil Springs. Radius Arm Drop Brackets reset the pivot point and keep the travel linear for the best ride while the Sway Bar Link & Drop Brackets Kit resets the sway bar engagement point. The End Link Kit is listed as an “option”, but it’s necessary to run. Carli plans to release a Torsion Sway Bar in the near future so the end-link options were pulled from the base kit and made selectable in anticipation of the second option. Bump Stop Drops protect the shocks from over-compressing, the Adjustable Track Bar centers the front axle, and Stainless Brake Lines firm up braking and ensure there is enough line for the newfound travel. To round off the front end, Carli includes Caster Shims to help achieve proper caster.
The 2020+ Ford F250/350 Platform is the same as the 17-19 but they lowered the front 1″ and the rear 1″-1.5″ depending on the cab configuration and 250/350 designation. For this reason, the only change to the suspension systems will be the stated lift height. The 4.5″ Lift Systems from the previous generation, 2017-19, are now 5.5″ for the 2020.
This system fits Ford F-250 and Ford F-350 4x4 trucks from 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022. It DOES NOT fit 23+ Super Duty trucks due to changes in the radius arm and frame bracket area.

SWAY BAR/REAR SPRINGS
Carli provides the option to select whether or not sway bar drops/end links and rear springs/add a packs are included. In order to complete this system, you will need to select front sway bar drops/end links as well as either rear add a packs/blocks or rear full progressive leaf springs.
