Carli Suspension radius arm drops for 2023+ Ford Super Duty are a critical part to achieve proper caster with a leveling kit on a 2023+ Super Duty. Engineered to withstand the most extreme off road abuse, these drops are significantly stronger and have more tie ins to the frame than your typical low cost radius arm drop. For 2023, Ford made some major changes to the Super Duty front suspension, and in 2024 made a key change to the axle dust cover. This axle dust cover change meant that caster shims could no longer be used to address caster more than 1 degree. As a result, Carli went back to the drawing board to create a radius arm drop worthy of the Carli name. This drop combined with a Carli level coil allows you to achieve a proper 2.8-3 degrees of caster with the stock shim. Combined with the caster adjustment capability of the Carli radius arms, you can achieve about 6 degrees of caster while still using the stock shims.

What a positive difference the Signature kit with radius arm drops made for everyday driving on poor roadways.
