Upgrade your Silverado/Sierra 2500/3500 with a premium lift kit engineered to deliver maximum ground clearance, enhanced suspension performance, and exceptional durability both on and off road. Designed for 2WD and 4WD applications, this complete package combines high-quality Cognito components with race-inspired King suspension technology to create a system built for daily driving, towing, and aggressive off-road use.
Proudly engineered, manufactured, and assembled in the USA, Cognito components are designed to provide precise fitment, dependable performance, and long-term reliability without the guesswork.
At the core of this system is the Cognito Non-Torsion Bar Drop Front Lift Kit, engineered to maximize ground clearance by keeping the torsion bars tucked within the factory frame location instead of lowering them below the chassis. This design helps maintain superior ride quality, proper CV axle angles, and improved underbody clearance for enhanced off-road capability while preserving excellent drivability.
The included Cognito Billet Upper Control Arms are precision-machined from premium 6061 aluminum and finished in a durable black anodized coating for exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. Their lightweight yet heavy-duty construction improves suspension geometry and allowable droop travel, making them some of the strongest upper control arms Cognito has developed to date. Every kit includes all required hardware and QR code linking detailed step-by-step installation instructions to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process.
To further improve steering system durability and handling precision, the included Cognito Pitman and Idler Arm Support Kit (PISK) addresses common weaknesses found in factory GM steering systems. Utilizing Cognito’s patented design, the PISK reinforces the pitman and idler arms to help eliminate unwanted center-link movement while improving steering stability, control, and overall component longevity.
This kit is paired with King 2.5-inch Remote Reservoir Compression Adjustable shocks, delivering a true bolt-on suspension upgrade engineered to elevate both on-road comfort and off-road capability. Developed through extensive real-world testing, these shocks are tuned specifically for your vehicle to provide optimal damping performance, improved control, and exceptional ride quality across a wide range of driving conditions.
Built using the same premium materials, precise tolerances, and race-winning technology found in King’s high-performance competition shocks, these OEM upgrade kits deliver the legendary King ride quality in a package designed for everyday use. The system installs with a straightforward 100% bolt-on design requiring no cutting or welding.
Large 2.5-inch shock bodies and external reservoirs dramatically increase oil capacity and heat dissipation to maintain consistent damping performance during aggressive off-road driving, towing, or extended use in harsh conditions. Compression adjustability allows drivers to fine-tune ride characteristics for varying terrain, vehicle loads, and driving preferences, while the fully serviceable design allows future valve adjustments using simple hand tools.
The result is a complete suspension system that enhances the appearance, capability, ride quality, and off-road performance of your truck while maintaining the comfort and reliability expected from a premium suspension package.
