Upgrade your Silverado/Sierra 2500/3500 with a premium lift kit engineered to deliver increased ground clearance, improved suspension performance, and dependable durability both on and off road. Designed for 2WD and 4WD applications, this complete system combines high-quality Cognito components with race-proven FOX shocks to provide outstanding performance, ride quality, and long-term reliability without the guesswork.
Proudly engineered, manufactured, and assembled in the USA, Cognito components are built to handle the demands of daily driving, towing, and aggressive off-road use while maintaining excellent comfort and drivability.
At the heart of this system is the Cognito Non-Torsion Bar Drop Front Lift Kit, specifically engineered to maximize ground clearance by keeping the torsion bars tucked within the factory frame location instead of lowering them below the chassis. This design helps maintain proper CV axle angles, superior ride quality, and improved underbody clearance for enhanced off-road capability and overall suspension performance.
The included Cognito Billet Upper Control Arms are precision-machined from premium 6061 aluminum and finished in a durable black anodized coating for exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. Their lightweight yet heavy-duty construction improves suspension geometry and provides increased droop travel, making them some of the strongest upper control arms Cognito has developed to date. Every kit includes all required hardware and QR code linking to detailed installation instructions to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process.
To further improve steering system reliability, the included Cognito Pitman and Idler Arm Support Kit (PISK) addresses common weaknesses found in factory GM steering systems. Utilizing Cognito’s patented design, the PISK reinforces the pitman and idler arms to help eliminate unwanted center-link movement while improving steering precision, stability, and overall component longevity.
This kit is paired with Cognito 2.0 Remote Reservoir Aluminum shocks, engineered specifically for GM HD trucks to deliver exceptional ride quality, control, and durability in a direct bolt-on package. The external reservoirs increase oil capacity and improve heat dissipation to help maintain consistent damping performance under demanding conditions while adding a clean, aggressive appearance. Eliminates oil aeration allowing maximum performance from the factory-tuned, precision valving. They're easy to install and provide a comfortable on-road ride and predictable off-road handling in even the toughest conditions. The result is a complete suspension system designed to enhance the appearance, capability, and performance of your truck while maintaining everyday comfort and drivability.
