This airbag system allows you to supplement the load capacity of your 2014+ Ram 2500 truck. If you're tired of squat when loaded or towing, this is the solution. We highly recommend the addition of Daystar Airbag cradles in an attempt to maintain the best ride quality and suspension flex possible with airbags.
We suggest Daystar cradles since that allows the airbags to free float from the axle to maintain full droop travel and articulation. This doesn't work well with stock rear springs, but with an aftermarket long travel rear coil from Carli or Thuren, cradles are a great way to preserve ride and function without damaging your airbags or limiting wheel travel in the process of supplementing capacity. Please note that cradles are best suited for a 1-2" lift application and do not work well on an otherwise stock Ram 2500.
This airbag kit has a 5,000 pound max capacity, but please note that ANY airbag kit will not increase your truck's factory GVWR or max payload/towing specs.

I have a 3.25 back country on my 22 ram 2500, I live in the mountains and. Am always off road so I wanted a nice soft suspension for the rough washboarded roads, but I also routinely haul water (about 12k pounds) the carli kit and Firestone bags with day star cradles does everything! It gives me my full soft suspension and the stability and load capacity when towing. I noticed 0 loss in ride quality on or off road going from just the lift to lift and bags i 100% recommend this combination!

Fast shipping and worked out well. Towed a fifth wheel toy hauler weighting in around 17,000 pounds. The airbags did a fine job of leveling the truck. Would highly recommend.
Did have to bend out the outside flange on the passenger side frame bracket, but other than that no issues. Decided not to install the daystar saddles. Slightly limited travel and only use the bags when towing a camper once or twice a month. Simple install. Quality product.
