This Redhead steering box is the perfect upgrade for your worn factory steering box on your first gen dodge Ram truck. These boxes are made in the USA, with upgraded internals but a factory outer box to ensure direct fitment. They are offered in both 3-3.5 turn and 4-4.5 turn variations. We tend to prefer the 3 turn box as it's a more aggressive ratio, but you can interchange or match your current box as desired.
