If you tow with your F-150 / Raptor, this patented airbag system is an absolute MUST! Simply unlatch and remove the Puck Assembly in a matter of seconds and you will retain full suspension compression and droop travel.
We have meticulously engineered this kit so that welding or bed removal is not required for installation. There is simply no other airbag kit on the market that can compare to this level of engineering, strength and versatility. For example, this kit employs an anodized Cross Member support, CNC-made from billet 6061-T6. This was done to ensure frame rigidity and to curtail the deformation (from the airbag force) that you would see from other systems. Our Puck Assembly components are also fully CNC-fabricated from the highest quality billet 6061-T6 aluminum and Delrin (Copolymer Acetal) material sourced in the USA.
No need to opt for Ford's Max Trailer Tow option (F150), which will diminish your non-towing ride quality. Use of our airbag system will give you all the on-demand load support you need (within Ford's GVWR ratings of-course!).
While the on and off-road ride is second to none with the Gen3 Raptor because of the linked suspension and coil springs, the factory towing capability is less than desirable. With our kit you won't have to sacrifice either! This kit is similar in function to our leaf sprung kit, but with the lower receiver components replaced by a cradle that straddles the upper trailing arm pillar instead. This cradle bears directly on the axle tube so that the force from the airbag does not contribute to the stress that the factory pillar is designed to endure. Again, with the Puck removed and the bags at 0 psi you will retain full compression travel (+/- 6") and full droop travel (+/- 9").
Note: These kits will retain the function of the "auto-adjusting headlight sensor device" option found on some 2021+ trucks (see photo to verify prior to purchase). This kit is not compatible with Gooseneck or 5th Wheel systems (which are rare we know, but must state).
