fastest shipping ever! I know I live close, but I could not have gone up there any faster and got them myself . I bought the carli '05 mounts for my '03. remove the factory rivets and mounts. One bolt hole lines up. then burn them in or drill the holes out and use the supplied hardware. paint the bare metal before bolting in the new mounts. I just wish we could see them. they are pieces of fabricated art.

If you have upgraded your suspension to a Carli system and plan to use it offroad, don't wait to upgrade the upper shock mounts. I did, and I sheared both upper mounting bolts on the first trip out to Baja- rough roads and moderate speeds, but nothing crazy.
Like all of the Carli stuff, they are stout and beautifully made. Unlike the stock mount, they provide support to the shock upper mounting bolt on both sides of the shock, eliminating the lever force on the bolt with the single side stock mount.
Mounting is simple, pull the wheel, remove the 4 frame rivets holding the stock mount with the method of your choice, and bolt in the Carli mount with the provided Grade 8 hardware.
Avoid damaging your new shocks, and having to send them back to King like I had to by proactively replacing the stock Ford rear shock mounts with these from Carli and CJC. You can't go wrong with this combination-fast, free shipping on a great product from a great vendor.
