Carli Suspension radius arm drops for 2023+ Ford Super Duty are a critical part to achieve proper caster with a leveling kit on a 2023+ Super Duty. For 2023, Ford made some major changes to the Super Duty front suspension, and in 2024 made a key change to the axle dust cover. This axle dust cover change meant that caster shims could no longer be used to address caster more than 1 degree. As a result, Carli went back to the drawing board to create a radius arm drop worthy of the Carli name. This drop combined with a Carli level coil allows you to achieve a proper 2.8-3 degrees of caster with the stock shim. Combined with the caster adjustment capability of the Carli radius arms, you can achieve about 6 degrees of caster while still using the stock shims.

Not what I expected from Carli considering the instructions show a different bracket than I received. Being that there a variations in fords manufacturing I see why they made a new version. After running them for the last few days everything seams fine. I’m just not super confident that they are in the exact proper placement. On the passenger side the upper inner hole I had to drill ran into the factory existing upper hole so the two holes are connected now, not ideal. Drive side had about a 1/8 inch from the factory upper inner hole so there’s some steal in between them.
