Delivering top-tier ride quality starts with top tier parts and our Fabricated Radius Arms for your 2005 Ford Super Duty should be the starting point for your Carli suspension. Conceived through CAD-assisted engineering, the heart of the Ford Radius Arms is an internal network of X-Braces and gussets that lock all facets into one cohesive monolith. Incorporated into the arms are a formed channel that relieves tire rub on the Radius Arm, making room for even the most advanced and aggressive off-road tires and deep-offset aftermarket wheels. Also featured are fully serviceable 3″ Spherical Bearings that eliminate the kinetic energy issues associated with vulcanized bushings. Your factory ABS harness is kept out of harm’s way thanks to an included clamp, while your shocks are saved from top-out damage by our Quad-Wrap Limit Straps. Easily bolted on, the Fabricated Radius Arms replace your factory arm while using factory mounts and brackets. 4.5″ Lifts will require the Carli Radius Arm Drops, sold separately.
The Carli arms correct 1°-4° of caster at the axle mount ensuring ANY Carli customer can achieve the illusive death-wobble preventing 4.5° of positive caster.

This track bar replaces the factory unit with a significantly stiffer bar to reduce steering wander, and end death wobble from worn track bar joints. Made here in the USA, this is the highest quality track bar available for 05-16 Ford trucks!
Carli designed their Adjustable Track Bar with a machined tapered rod end with a custom angle offset to increase ball joint life. This design puts less stress on the ball joint at full droop and keeps the ball joint pin vertical at ride height, prolonging the life of wear items. A big 7/8″ heim joint is used on the frame side and it comes with custom machined misalignment spacers. Constructed out of heavy wall mild-steel tube.

Low Mount Steering Stabilizer: Carli Differential Guard and tie-rod clamp provide mounting provision for this stabilizer. A higher nitrogen charge pushes to the Right to counter-act a Left Hand Tire Pull.
High Mount Steering Stabilizer: Installs up and out of the way with the provided frame hardware and Drag-Link Bracket. A higher nitrogen charge pushes to the left to counter-act a Right Hand Tire Pull. Combine with a Carli Low-Mount for a true, infinitely adjustable stabilization system for optimal damping with any tire.
Carli's Multi-Rate coil springs are built with a custom wind, giving them a progressive variable rate. Their design delivers smooth initial compression feel on highway chatter and small bumps as well as smooth rate transition to higher rates as the suspension cycles deeper into the travel.
