Carli E-Venture

The future of the HD truck suspension world is here. Carli E-Venture suspension has spent months developing this dynamic valving shock package that responsively and constantly adapts to the terrain for the smoothest ride possible. An onboard computer and the advanced algorithm constantly adjust the shocks hundreds of times per second. Carli pre-programmed three presets for highway, rock crawling, and high-speed off road driving.

RESPONSIVE TECHNOLOGY // The Carli E-Venture shocks use technology developed by SDI to allow for instant response to terrain. Unlike a normal static valved shock, the E-Venture system is able to sense terrain and driver input, and adjust damping accordingly hundreds of times per second. These changes are made independently at each shock, allowing the system to respond to weight shifts or independent impacts. If you turn the vehicle left, the shocks on the right side increase damping to lessen body roll. If you go over washboards the shocks are able to open, but then instinctively increase damping on a large dip or hole. This is the real deal!

FULL CONTROL // Carli and SDI developed a display that allows complete user control. It is programed with three base modes: Highway, Rock Crawl, and Desert. Each offers presets for the shock's responsive behavior and base level damping. You can also change the responsiveness of each base mode to steering wheel input, vehicle role and more. If that sounds like too much work, just set it and forget it in the base mode!

RESPONSIVE // The Carli E-Venture system uses advanced sensors to determine what is happening, and adjust accordingly. A sensor mounted on top of the engine bay determines the vehicle's pitch, roll, and vertical velocity while OBD2 sensors read the vehicle's speed, steering wheel angle, throttle position, and brake rate. That information is then interpreted by the cab mounted CPU to make hundreds of adjustments per second via an advanced algorithm that combines Carli's base shim stack tune, with a variable rate valve to control compression damping on the fly.

ADJUSTABLE // Carli took things a step further and allows advanced users to control the front/rear base damping individually, which is perfect for heavy towing or hauling. This allows you to run the front shocks in the open street setting, and full damping in the rear to prevent the weight of the load from bouncing the truck.
