The Carli suspension stainless low mount steering stabilizer is the highest quality steering stabilizer for the Ram platform. Mounting in the factory location, it's also about as easy of an install as it gets! This stabilizer offers a massive improvement in damping force compared to factory, meaning you get less feedback wander from the road.
Carli uses proprietary stabilizers with a custom valving profile and small shaft diameter to offer maximum damping and impact resistance without negatively impacting steering feel. Their fully-rebuildable construction boasts a Stainless Steel body with Machined Billet Aluminum Rod ends housing precision 1/2” Spherical Bearings topped off with a hardened Black Nitride Shaft. Each stabilizer’s nitrogen chamber is adjustable from 70psi to 200psi allowing customers to correct for radial tire-pull in various configurations. If no pull exists, the Stabilizer can be set from 70psi to 100psi as this neutral range will pressurize the oil for proper function without biasing correcting in either direction.

Recently replaced ball joints on my 14 ram 2500 with 3.5” lift and steering was bad afterwards. Fox ATS steering damper helped but still had issues. Purchased the Carli track bar and shop tech installed & set toe to zero. Truck tracks straight and no more torque steering during acceleration or braking.

Carli Suspension has developed a torsion sway bar designed specifically for 2013+ Ram 3500 and 2014+ Ram 2500 trucks. The Carli torsion sway bar is designed to improve the front end ride quality by stopping the transfer of energy from the suspension to the cab in situations where the axle needs to flex out. Instead of throwing you into the cab when entering a driveway or going through a rut, the torsion sway bar lets the front end move independently and glide right over an obstacle.
While other bars on the market use cheap clamps, rubber bushings and cost cutting designs, this bar uses only the highest quality materials from end to end for a silent, issue free operation.
The arms are constructed of doubled and welded 3/8″ cold-rolled steel – 3/4″ thick at clamp area. The arms are locked to the bar by Carli in-house machined 17-4 stainless preload washers and Grade 8 pinch Bolts. The bar itself is a custom rate, heat treated torsion bar passing through fabricated brackets that house Carli's extreme duty, service free bushings. Finishing off the assembly are Sway Bar End Links featuring legendary FK Bearing 5/8″ Heat-Treated, Chromoly Race Heims.
This bar is designed to work with 2.5-4″ lift systems. In typical Carli fashion, there are no disconnects on the end links nor multiple holes in the bar to change the leverage applied. This bar is refined to work in conjunction with Carli's custom tuned suspensions to throw an exponent on the ride quality. This bar will not hinder articulation in ANY way. The Rate is the perfect balance splitting control and comfort – install and enjoy!
The ONLY time we don't recommend this sway bar is for trucks with large cab over campers. In that case, there will be more highway sway in trade for smoother off road ride, but we've usually found that sway can be fully controlled by a properly spec'd rear leaf pack and shock valving.

Unbelievable how this sway bar changes the ride behaviors of your truck. Stopped the rocking back and forth out of driveways. Still provides enough stiffness to give you confidence under normal cornering. Definitely worth the long wait. CJC Offroad and Carli FTW.

The baddest most capable bolt on suspension in the world. The quality speaks for itself. Nothing better then an American made product by an experienced team.
I added Carli springs in front and fox all around. Was much happier but after the torsion sway bar FINALLY came in, I’m thrilled. My ram 2500 with a four wheel camper handles incredible odd road. It’s almost like an off-road truck. Body roll only comes from the rear sway bar now.
Enter the Carli Adjustable Track Bar. The goal, a link that deflects less than the stock bar, dampens vibrations without causing the sloppy handling associated with the stock bar, ensure service life far in excess of a factory unit while being rebuildable (vs. replaceable like the factory bar) all while being adjustable to center the axle on leveled vehicles. Many years have seen many iterations but we’ve landed on a design we feel impervious to future improvement.
The DATB Track Bars are 3/8″ wall DOM construction, FAR stronger than the brackets to which they’re bolted. This wall-thickness allows the end of the bar to be threaded to accept our 7/8″ x 7/8″ FK Bearing Chromoly Heim Joint. You’ll see many manufacturers running thinner wall and weld-in bungs as our previous generations did; running the thicker wall bar allows for more strength and one less welded joint – a potential point of failure. In place of a standard Jam-Nut, we’ve developed a tapered jam nut (mating surface similar to a lug nut) to ensure perfect centering of the joint while providing 100% more surface area than a standard Jam-Nut. We’ve taken a design used in off-road racing (Tube with weld-in bungs and jam nuts) and improved it to be FAR more reliable.
The frame end of the track bar saw a massive improvement in the DATB generation, as well. Our “CUB” joint starts with a proven FK Bearing 7/8″ Uniball at its center. Custom molded bushings are pressed on to encapsulate this Uniball then the assembly is pressed into the huge, gusseted frame-end housing of the track bar with a Stainless safety washer and retained with a snap ring. Custom Misalignment spacers center the joint in frame bracket and ensure full fore and aft movement of the track bar to be possible without bind or excessive bushing deflection.
Why is this new bar such an improvement? Previous generations of our track bars relied on a 2 piece hat-bushing and crush sleeve at the frame, weld in bung at the axle with a standard jam-nut and a .250″ wall main tube. Truth be told, there was nothing wrong with this design and we ran it through some of the most treacherous terrain Baja had to offer for many years. Product improvements each came with justification. The hat bushings in the frame end of the bar were VERY sensitive to installation error. If a person purchased our track bar and paid a mechanic to install it who did so using a standard pneumatic impact gun, the factory torque to yield hardware wouldn’t see it’s factory torque value, the bushing would wear out as you’re running an 8,000lb. truck on an un-preloaded piece of urethane and the customer would have nearly immediate handling issues. The customer isn’t a mechanic; all they know is they paid a premium price for a product and a pro to install it and it wore out in no time flat. No one wins, here. With the preloaded CUB bushing, there’s no fear of prematurely wearing the bushing due to a lack of preload as the pre-load is set by us in assembly and held by a snap ring so an impact gun installation is no longer an issue.
The axle end, again, weld-in bungs and standard jam-nuts have been used for MANY years. Like the hat bushings, they can be finicky to install as not everyone has the tools to yield the shank of a 7/8″ heim to its 660lb/ft. spec. Ensuring clamping force and thread interference was sufficient at a lower torque spec achievable by the weekend wrench, we increased the surface area to ensure we get the most clamping force possible.
Lastly, Carli includes a bracket to relocate the factory (or Carli) steering stabilizer. The extended travel of a Carli suspension requires the bend in the bar toward the axle side to clear the bar from the axle bracket at full extension of the suspension. This leads to the bar contacting the stabilizer if not relocated. This is the case with many aftermarket track bars (look for the bend on the axle side0 but we’re the only ones to address it.

Finally pulled the trigger on this kit and I'm glad I did. I won't claim it rides like a 1/2 ton truck, but the ride quality improvement is significant. Everything went together perfectly and the truck aligned very well. Gave exactly 2.5" lift (measured before and after) and matched the rear height perfectly.
Excellent fit and finish, good instructions, easy install, looks great. I had the factory 4x4 Offroad suspension and the Carli kit has surprised me with the improvements in the ride.
Better ride then stock
Carli's fabricated radius arms are a direct replacement for the weak, factory Dodge Ram 2500/3500 radius arms and sub part rubber joints. These arms are hand welded in California, with an internal X bracing gusseted structure, a rebuildable 17-4 spherical joint made of stainless steel, and extra clearance fabricated into the design to allow for better tire clearance at full steering lock.
These arms improve strength, steering feel and allow for inches more articulation than the factory radius arms due to the improved spherical joints. The decreased resistance to movement also helps to improve ride quality.

I love these radius arms; they are well built, and you never have to worry about them breaking on you. That happened to my previous Ram 2500 that was lifted using stock Radius arms eventually the radius arms broke on me. Don't cut corners put on the best Radius arms you can get, you will be rewarded with a better ride.
I had a drawn out issue with my stock radius arms and caster adjustment hardware. CJC helped me out with getting my parts to me quickly before my hunting seasons and getting my truck back on the road, driving straight, and riding better than ever!
