Designed for the AAM American Axle found under Heavy Duty Dodges, the Carli Axle Truss is a crucial component for the avid off-roader that routinely puts their truck in extreme situations. The factory AAM axle is susceptible to bending from the forces encountered in normal or extraneous off-road activities, leaving the truck with a "smile" that leads to worn tires and steering components. At the heart of the Truss is an internal network of 1/4" thick x-bracing and reinforcement ribs that zig-zag down the length of the axle. Coupled with the axle tube saddles, Upper C Gussets, Lower C Doublers, and CNC manufactured plates, the Carli Fabricated Truss will keep your axle straight and intact for that next blast down a desert trail.
FITMENT
This Truss is NOT a direct fit item and will require skilled fitment and installation. Cutting and grinding will be required in the fitment process. This fits 2003-2012 Ram 2500/3500 4wd trucks.
INSTALLATION
This item requires installation by a trained professional. Welding is required to secure the truss to the axle. Knowledge of dissimilar metals: Cast, Forged, and CRS, is highly recommended.

Included with every Fabricated truss are Upper C Gussets & Lower C Doublers to ensure no weakness of the factory Outter-C design is left unsupported.

This Carli sway bar end link is meant to be paired with or be a replacement for the end links in the Carli torsion sway bar. It works for all Ram trucks from 2003-current.
These Carli sway bar end links WILL NOT work with the factory sway bar. If you need end links for a factory sway bar, this is the unit you should use.
The factory Ford Super Duty coil mounts leave a bit to be desired in terms of fitting up larger shocks for play and performance. Presenting Carli's Dominator Coil Buckets, a duo of 1/4" cold rolled steel that replace your factory buckets with expertly engineered mounting for larger 3.0" Shocks. These coil buckets bolt up to the factory mounting holes, allowing the vehicle to be returned to stock. Laser cut and CNC bent on computer aided machines, these montrous brackets are a necessary addition to extract more performance from your Super Duty.

Weld-it-yourself(WIY) truss kit for the new 2013+ 3500 / 2014+ 2500 chassis. As truss kits go, this one is a VERY easy install. That said, it should still be installed by a very competent, professional welder.
- 1.5"x3/8" wall bent DOM main tube.
- Bent main tube for high-clearance
- CNC laser cut weld plates
- CNC mill shaped tube ends for minimal cutting/grinding/fitting.
- Simple upper-C weld in brace design, to avoid overheating the ball joint.
- Designed to strengthen the axle especially around the Center-Axle-Disconnect.

AAM 9.25 axles are prone to bending under harsh off road conditions when the front axle sees high shock loads like hitting the bump stops at a high rate of speed. Thuren's weld in truss kit is made from the same 1.5”x.375” DOM tubing as their track bars and steering components providing plenty of strength and with bends in all the right spots to give you the most ground clearance possible. Thuren feels the open design of their truss puts less stress on the axle assembly during the welding process. This truss kit also includes plates for the control arm mounts. This kit does require cutting, grinding and welding and should be installed by an experienced welder.
These axle trusses fit 2003-2013 Ram 2500 trucks, and 2003-2012 Ram 3500 trucks.

Looking to adapt a coil over to your Super Duty? Carli Suspension's new coil over mounts make it easy to run a race quality shock on the front of your 2005-2015 Super Duty. Each mount is constructed out of 1/4" cold rolled steel for superior strength. The mounts will fit any 2.5"x10" KING, FOX, or SWAY-A-AWAY shock. These mounts bolt in place of the existing riveted coil bucket using 1/2" Grade 8 fasteners. Bypass shock mounts are also incorporated into the design. This makes it as easy as buying the bypass shocks and bolting them on, to achieve superb off road ability.
