This Apex steering kit is the highest quality direct bolt in steering linkage on the market for your 2017 and newer Ford Super Duty. It addresses the common failure of the factory drag link joints which leads to death wobble by using massive greaseable metal on metal joints, and beefy DOM tubing construction. Should you ever have a joint wear out, they are easily and individually replaceable. We're excited to offer a bolt in solution specifically designed around the extra stress and wear of large tires and off road use!
If you want to take things to the next level, we've also got stabilizer options you can pair with this steering. Steering stabilizers are key in reducing road feedback from transmitted through the steering. Choose the high mount option for a factory position replacement, and to fight tires with a right hand pull. Choose the low mount with a diff guard to right tires with a left hand pull. If you want the best of the best, choose both to have a true dual opposing stabilizer configuration with one stabilizer on the drag link on and the other on the tie rod. Unlike most dual stabilizer kits that are for show, this setup was carefully designed with specifically tuned stabilizers on each steering link to preload the joints to reduce play, and offer the most damping force and steering control possible. We're also the ONLY place that offers what's needed to make these stabilizers work with Apex steering!
This kit will NOT fit wide-track F-450 models. If you have an existing Carli low mount stabilizer, you will need our clamp.

Rolled Threads: Are made by pressing the shape of the threads into the ball stud instead of cutting. This strengthens the threads instead of weakening them and allows for easy movement of hardware. This ain't no Ikea furniture!
Step Threads: Allows for very easy movement of hardware on install and superior holding when torqued (installer choice).

SPECIAL FEATURES
Ninja Washers (tm): An APEX exclusive is our Ninja Washer which is a unique method of securing the lock nut to the tube, erasing the need for lightly built adjusting tubes with ugly pinch clamps. And who doesn't want a ninja on their front end.
Reversible Drag Link: Another APEX Innovation: In some lifted or aftermarket applications the pitman arm end of the drag link is flipped over causing difficulties with mounting the steering stabilizer into the tapered hole on the drag link end. To solve this we have drilled the hole out straight and provided a reversible stainless steel taper sleeve so the steering stabilizer can be mounted from either side.
Greasable, High Articulation Spherical Bushing: For extreme durability our passenger side tie rod is fitted with an oversized greasable high articulation spherical bushing. This allows for maximum articulation and load dispursment, for better perfomance, and longer life.

Synergy HD Ford steering is a bolt in upgrade for any 2005+ Ford F-250 and F-350 truck. Unlike the factory linkage that's quick to wear, Synergy's linkage was designed to withstand larger tires and off road usage. Unlike the stock linkage, Synergy also built their steering with easy servicing in mind, so you can replace joints individually should anything go wrong. The tie rod is made from heat treated 1.75" 4130 chromoly for maximum strength. The drag link is made from 1.5" 1026 DOM USA made steel tubing and is machined to retain the stock steering stabilizer.
Please note this steering will not fit F-450/F-550 trucks, and will not function with Carli low mount or dual opposing stabilizers.
