Take the performance of your 2007-UP Toyota Tundra to new levels with the ICON Vehicle Dynamics Delta Joint billet aluminum upper control arm kit. All ICON billet upper control arms are constructed from CNC machined 6061 aluminum and then finished in a matte anodization process for maximum strength and corrosion resistance. ICON billet aluminum upper control arms feature quality PTFE-lined rod ends and machined adjuster sleeves that allow for on-vehicle alignment adjustment and precision caster and camber tuning. Another major benefit of ICON upper control arms is the potential for increased wheel travel when paired with our extended travel coilovers. The additional droop travel provided by these components translates into superior performance and ride quality for your 2007-UP Toyota Tundra.
These upper control arms feature ICON's patent pending Delta Joint. The Delta Joint is a heavy duty high angle ball joint that combines the durability of a ball joint with the performance characteristics of a traditional uniball. While the industry standard uniball does a great job of allowing the control arms of a vehicle to articulate with little bind, they do have an inherent weakness that leaves more to be desired when used in a daily driven application - exposure to the elements. The Delta Joint features a zinc plated housing providing the first layer of corrosion resistance, while a tough grease seal keeps potentially harmful elements out of the inner workings of the joint. Metal on metal construction and a greasable design increase the longevity of the Delta Joint while at the same time allowing for noise-free operation. What makes the Delta Joint unique is that it brings the best of both worlds to ICON upper control arms with features that make it more robust than a uniball, and at the same time capable of greater angularity than a typical ball joint.

ICON Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 2.5 Series shocks are designed and built to give your vehicle outstanding performance off-road and a smooth ride on the street. These shocks are configured specifically for each application in both length and damping tune. Like all ICON shock absorbers, V.S. 2.5 Series shocks are 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable. For piggyback and specific remote reservoir applications; ICON’s unique use of a 6061 billet aluminum manifold a few inches below the top cap of the shock creates an internal “Bump Zone” that when used creates an additional 20% of damping force. This additional force helps prevent harsh bottom outs and controls the suspension when compressing at high velocity. The ICON CDC Valve is an externally adjustable valve that restricts oil flow into the reservoir which creates 10 levels of compression damping force ranges. If you are looking for a more user defined tune, consider looking into the OMEGA Series bypass shocks.
KEY FEATURES:
ICON's CDC Valve technology allows for 10 levels of high-resolution compression adjustability with the turn of a knob
ICON’s internal “Bump Zone” increases damping by 20% to provide more control as the shock approaches full compression
Remote reservoir design improves heat dissipation to reduce shock fade during prolonged use
Premium grade 5WT shock oil for consistent suspension damping along a wide temperature range
Nitrogen charged monotube design with piggyback reservoir
One piece digressive piston design with vehicle specific valving for unsurpassed performance and ride quality on and off-road
7/8” diameter induction hardened, chrome plated shock shaft
Polyurethane bushings and forged steel mounting stems for OE factory type fitment
PTFE lined spherical bearings and application specific mounting hardware
6061 aircraft grade aluminum CNC machined components
CAD plated, precision machined 1026 DOM steel shock body for maximum durability and corrosion resistance
100% Rebuildable
100% Revalveable
Made in the U.S.A.

This 2 Pin Spanner Wrench is a must to adjust your ICON Coil-over Shocks. The Two Pin deisgn makes it easier to adjust no matter how much room you have to insert the wrench.
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 S2 Secondary Shock System redefines the off-road capability of the 2007-UP Toyota Tundra by allowing for the installation of a secondary shock to an existing ICON coilover setup. The addition of an OMEGA Series bypass secondary shock means rougher terrain and larger off-road obstacles can be overcome with confidence as the damping ability of the vehicle’s front suspension is effectively doubled. ICON’s OMEGA bypass technology allows for the end user to adjust and fine-tune the ride quality of the vehicle with both compression and rebound adjustments.
As opposed to overly complicated and expensive long travel kits, the ICON S2 System is an affordable, mostly bolt-on upgrade that drastically increases off-road performance, is easy to install, and has a modular design that allows 2007-UP Toyota Tundra owners to upgrade in steps or all at once. The S2 Secondary Shock System utilizes the factory lower control arms and maintains OE track width while a combination of a billet aluminum shock tower adapters, fabricated shock hoops, and steel lower shock mounts make for a straightforward install with the exceptional build quality you would expect from an ICON Vehicle Dynamics product.
KEY FEATURES:
Drastically improves vehicle damping ability off-road
Increased vehicle stability on-road
Utilizes factory lower control arms
Maintains OE track width
Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series secondary shocks provide increased damping and oil volume
Omega Series two-tube bypass allows for 24 settings of compression and rebound damping adjustment
Shocks are fully rebuildable and revalveable
Simple and straightforward installation
